DINOVERSE

After the successful re-release of the classic Converse dinosaur print, I was briefed to create some graphics in the Dinoverse universe that had a comic book look and feel. The resulting graphics tell a story of dinosaurs and aliens competing for a ball, planet Earth. I was also briefed to make a graphic with a vintage feel that could be used on the Converse Design Your Own platform. This turned into a Stegosaurus fossil graphic inspired by the Museum of Natural History.

UNICONS

We wanted to create a story similar to Dinoverse that was more targeted towards our girl consumer. Unicons had a nice ring to it so we ran with the idea. Along with upper graphics, I created a new patch, outsole and sockliner to identify these sneakers as the sister pack to the Dinoverse collection. These are continually bestsellers on the Converse website. Unicorns are here forever.

8-BIT

For this kids collection, I reinterpreted classic Converse prints through a video game lens. The resulting all-over prints feature pixelated remixes of the original graphics with some glitched out pops of color. Girls are gamers, too! I wanted to make sure our graphics represented all genders.
